A prospective customer writes asking "Which is better for hair loss, oral treatment or topical application?" Here is my response: I believe you wish to know if one might achieve benefit via oral treatment alone, as opposed to oral and topical treatment in combination.
With regard to choosing between one delivery system or another within the HairGenesis® treatment line, I would point out that the reason we've designed our formulations this way is based on our understanding of human physiology; specifically with regard to androgen sensitive hair follicles in the scalp.
A remarkable and serendipitous fact about the skin is that it is the one organ system in people that is amenable to local and systemic treatment. Because hair follicles are essentially ectodermal appendages of the skin, it is sensible that the best way to treat a condition like pattern hair loss is to attack the problem systemically via the oral formula and locally via the topical formulas.
I hope I've helped answer your question, but if not, please advise.
